Steven Guerry
Steven Guerry has ten years of experience using data and analysis to solve problems in public policy. He was the principal analyst and utility compliance coordinator for BKi's (now Frontier Energy) Los Angeles office, where he helped shape the design of Southern California energy efficiency programs. More recently, he was a Management Analyst in the City of Beverly Hills' Rent Stabilization Division. There he helped build and manage the city's first rent registry database. Steven's analysis provided a fresh understanding of the city's renters, which directly informed the policy implemented by the City Council. In a previous life, he worked in the film industry, developing, scouting, and pitching material to be transformed into feature films.
